I looked closely at the company's B2B online store and found that the company, which is a manufacturer and seller, only sells stock items. I consulted with the Director of Manufacturing and received confirmation that the company could produce auto parts to order. 

✅In the B2B functionality of the store, we have implemented the ability to place an order for auto parts directly to the company's Manufacturing. We have offered customers a discount if they are willing to wait for the production of the product rather than buy it from the warehouse. That's how we started producing products that were already prepaid and sold. 

We reduced inventory in stock by 29% and the company was able to optimize working capital by millions of dollars.

When I started working with the company, it was producing and selling 5,000 SKU auto parts in Ukraine. In my digital marketing strategy I provided for 2 points:
The company entered into a partnership with other auto parts suppliers in Ukraine and began selling parts from other suppliers on a dropshipping basis. So we increased the assortment of the store from 5000 SKU to 250 000 SKU.

After our online store received an assortment of 250,000 SKUs, we made 5 copies of our store by other brands. After that, we ran ads in all 5 stores, so we created a global presence in the market. Users searched, in any case, came to one of our online stores, and the probability of converting a visitor into a customer increased.
